These training methods rule, by the way. I've got a whole long list of gongfu basic training equipment just from shuaijiao, and it's all brilliant. Windlass, cane bundles, bricks, stone locks, weighted ropes, large club, small club, braided rope/leather strap, ningzi, double stone weights, weighted baskets, weighted barrels, long staff, long bag, heavy bag... there's so much. I've put them on cards and selected them randomly - it makes the equipment training interesting and fun.
