A series of drawings of the landscaped grounds of Castle Howard with linked quotations from "Brideshead Revisited" by Evelyn Waugh. The pen and ink drawings, first published in the New Arcandian Journal" in 1988, are small, approximately 7x11 cm.
When the book on Castle Howard was published, we were fortunate to get access to a lot of the landscape and some buildings not usually open to the public. The drawings were published so long ago I thought they needed another airing. I am just playing with wee films as a kind of sketch book of ideas so this is all very new.
That, as a fan of T.S.Eliot, you should be so kind is praise indeed!
Many thanks.

This is gorgeous. I loved it and hope to see it in person someday.
