I do a smoothie every morning for breakfast. Throw in a tablespoon of reduced fat jif peanut butter.....it makes an awesome banana & peanut butter smoothie that is very filling. Another great smoothie is to add a small container of any flavor of yogurt along with a little water and ice. I tried it with the coconut creme yogurt and was almost like having a desert.
I'm going to check out your video where you show your binder right now cuz it sounds like a really good idea! Thank you for sharing about the shake, I have been looking for something like that to have after my workouts! Oh and no way would I consider that a meal.
i have "shapers" diet shake in strawberry and chocolate.... the chocolate it soooo yummy! taste just like chocolate milk... yum lol they also came with a meal plan
You are too funny. Love the "fat ass in me". I looked into that blender and will get one soon. I love my Fusion but it is too damn big and I have too much shake for what I need so I over drink. Vanilla Bean is my favorite flavor. I am doing a protein shake in the morning, lunch is something light, and dinner is either push till the morning. I work midnights so I am either sleeping which overcome the lunch hour and me not being hungry at dinner time. It is all weird .
oh and I forgot....I like your hair!!! mine is my natural color now but for YEARS I was frosted and lots of my friends haven't gotten use to me being a brunette again...it is just easier for me to color it than to frost it.
when you said "that might be the fat ass in me" I was drinking water and spit it out. haha
