  • id be like wth?? if i saw someone doing this in the gym

  • @xwhatajipx I'd believe that if you couldn't lose fat on your arms and still be fat in the stomach. It's obvious you can burn calories in certain body parts because your body doesn't burn fat porportionally through out.

  • Backwards really work your but and inner thighs and above the knees really great.

  • @rch1jr well, lucky you. wish i were you. i seem to be losing inches everywhere BUT my belly. it just sticks there no matter what. and my precious butt cheeks have disappeared. my inner thighs don't rub anymore when i walk, thank goodness, but i miss my precious butt and my belly's got to go

  • Will definately try this today when I work out. I seem to be losing inches everywhere except my butt and thighs. They run big in my family so maybe thats why. Hopefully this helps

  • i do that reversed for football, helps a lot

  • Wow,, I really want to try that but un afraid to cause I have never seen anyone do that at my gym,,,,, looks like a great workout though

  • That is a great move! The only thing I would haveto be careful of is to make sure that when i am in that squat position and moving all at the same time, that I don't put any weight on that foot that is not under my knee!! ouch! Form definitely is important on this one but i bet it works!
