Woolridge's dunk is way harder to pull off. I used to practice dunks on my rim and the East Bay version is the easier one to do.

actually its harder (for dunks anyway) to reverse it because of the way you have to move your hands. the one rider did is the easiest method for a between the legs dunk

i guess because it was not clean through the basket, but it was way harder than riders dunk. they should call the between the legs dunk the woolridge, and not east bay.
