Yes, The red vs blue is short, made it in one day. But the other ones, Less then like an hour.

One thing you need to improve is when a stick figure is moving parts, it moves kind of up and down on the ground. Try to keep it at the same position.

try watching the walking tutorial by leeum1989. it really helps!!!you seen how bad my walking was. now its okay

I got a few suggestions:

1: Take the time with each frame and try to capture real human movement without it being slow........trust me it helps

2: Look at pivot tutorials by dizzyduchman(they helped me alot)

3:be patient and practice(it pays off)
