Have you reached the 9 yet? There's two 9 charts, one of them is in In The Groove (Arcade), and the other in In The Groove 2 (Arcade), and ITG PS2 USA. The one in ITG (Arcade) is easy for a 9. In fact, I know some really 8's, and 9's for you.

Kyle A. Ward switches alibis for different kinds of songs. If you listen to his other KaW songs, they are techno featuring all kinds of different instruments. His smiley songs are happy, super-fast, in major, and just plain fun. In this song, the majority of it is KaW, but in the 1:05 part, he is smiley.

I got this game at Christmas last year. I wanted to play this song so bad after watching videos of it, and was dreading playing VerTex. I play VerTex on Expert and get a 95% while I play this and don't even make it halfway through on Expert.

@Kote12TK I know of Da Roots, and that seems easy enough. Another one to try would be Land of the Rising Sun, a 7 step on hard.

Which, IMO, shouldn't even have mattered as other arcade games of other genres were doing the exact thing for 20+ yrs up until that point - especially made easy with the majority, IIRC, using JAMMA standards for wiring.

Konami filed a lawsuit against Rock Band/Guitar Hero because of the instruments, resembling the original Guitar Freaks and Drummania. Rock Band, technically, is the original Guitar Hero in the sense that both games were started by the same company, Harmonix. Fact is, Konami had the guitar and buttons first. They have every right to sue if they need to. Same went with In The Groove, especially with 1 literally being a modification of DDR machines.
