To disagree without being disagreeable, they say Trump is a kook. At least Trump stands somewhere in the fact his words are his own words he stands by. What a mentally unstable dictionary or speech reading partner did Obama get his phraseology. To disagree yet be agreeable? To agree yet not agree? To disagree yet agree?
