scrambler can be a good perk since it gives out your position so say u have a riot shield and a c4 infront of you that u want to blow someone up with. well sometimes no one will come but more people will come if u have scrambler and u can blow them up. there are a couple of other reasons like if theres no action then u can bring the action to u like in ffa. i never use it though. ninja pro ftw

stopping power doesnt affect the FAL it just makes it so you can get 1 shot headshots.....*YELLS* muahahahaha
