Put it this way, the Chicken Tikka Masala was invented in Glasgow! We Brits like our sauce/gravy so Indian chefs adapted and made *ahem* "Saucy dishes when they set up in Glasgow, in the 60's/70's. Their kids would inevitably have a scots flavour to their accents, especially if, like the Tikka Masala, they were born in Glasgow! In short, yes. :)

course their are lol its about where ur born or live im enlgish but ive lived in nz so long now i have a slight kiwi accent.you can pick accents up after a while speshly when ur a kid of teen

They may be from Indian descent, but if brought up in Scotland or surrounded by the scottish accent, they can pick it up.
