Always GET Shared Items CODE

This code could be used by an mkwii team to hold all the powerful items at once e.g. blue shell, shock, pow, stars. At the same time this code guarantees the other team does not have these items, therefore forcing the other team into the offensive.

The code will give you any item in the game WITHOUT hacking your currently held item. It works at the question boxes.

This is different from previous item cheats. It will work with shared items in mutual exclusion and therefore within anti-cheat rules (e.g. avoid two blue shells or two bullet bills).

When you collect a question box you will either receive the shared item (e.g. blue shell, bullet bill) or you will receive a mushroom. A mushroom indicates that:

a) you need to wait more time before the item becomes available (wait)
or
b) someone else already has the item you want (keept trying or go offensive or cooperative)

FUTURE THOUGHTS:
-) I leave it to others to create button activators for multi shared item permutations...
-) Perhaps another coder can figure out how to force the item rotator block WITHOUT going through a question box?

@linkleguerier: dont be too short sighted, releasing this code i think will bring the gap closer between the ultra cheaters and the normal cheaters...pitting them against each other in an annihilation. I predict more stable lower division WCL matches as hacker vs hacker wipe each other out and more reputable teams in upper WCL matches.

@callszeo I don't see how this code could be used for 4TL hacking. Where you have to use like 10 items in 15 seconds. That's not possible with this code because you would have to sit at a row of item boxes to do so.
