As much as I always disliked stock Ions, the upgrades you can drop in can make it amazing. Resale value? You don't dump twice what a marker costs into upgrades and expect to get it back in resale, so who cares. If you like how your marker shoots, that's all that matters.

most likely its a steely (steel HPA tank). you should only use CO2 in an ion IF you have an anti siphon in it. and even then you can have issues.
