Instead of doing that trick to show where you adjustment brushed the sky by dropping the exposure, you can just check the box below the image that says "SHOW SELECTED MASK OVERLAY" and this will do the same thing for you with having to mess with anything.

i got a question, i got a photo, the house is white, and the sky is wel, not much of a sky, like white or grayish, what should i apply on the b/w or greyscale?
Excellent. I do not have Lightroom but I do have photoshop. Can this monochrome effect be achieved in Photoshop(CS4)?

@jahiasad Yes, all the tools used here are in Camera RAW which is part of Photoshop CS4 & CS5

hi gavin,
i was thinking about getting a grad filter but if i use this exposure brush i dont really need one right?? or is it better to blend two images with different exposures in photoshop?
