  • Is the gantry cable helping it? Last time I saw any dredging operations was when Great Lakes was dreding Tampa Bay in '93. They were using a Crane with a clam bucket then. I can't tell but I think its the same company. Based out of Chicago?

  • @copperheadmarine Yeah its them, Great Lakes Dredge and Dock. The cable is basically to help the boom hydraulics lift the boom because the stuff hes diggin is so heavy

  • @cat325ccr Cool! Glad they are still in business! My old company "Durocher Dock & Dredge" from Cheboygan Michigan failed a few years back. I ran a 9310 American with 140 feet of boom for them. Great video.....Brought back many memories of my youth!

  • @copperheadmarine cool! I heard the Americans are very good cranes, thanks!

  • awesome video

  • It has exstreme bucket force, can dig in weak mountain/rock.

the cable is helping with the boom lift

  • @culllloooo Yeah they havee a few computer screens to tell where he has to dredge and where he did dredge, lol!

  • That sucker is big! I wonder if they have GPS on it to keep track of were they have been diging and have not. It seems like you could get lost real easy. Favorit part " look at the fucking motor on that shit sal" Lol

  • @rabbitsmeller400 Thanks!
