Ann... You seem to be leaning toward a socialist system being better. What socialist country do you know that doesn't have an oligarch controlling it? Socialism isn't freedom... its slavery for all and wealth for the few... same as capitalism. The term oil in the world right now is being caused by the collapse of the British monetary system. The Christians in the US are crazy, but they are far less dangerous to freedom then monarchs/ oligarchs in those socialist countries.

@VeroNevermind1990 yes- though do not allow this fact to keep you from considering that individuals also hide things from themselves and from each other. dishonesty is not exclusive to large organizations- rather large organizations are more accurate manifestations of individual dishonesty.
