  • Awesome man, this is the new HIT 2012 style :D

If you will consider, I'd like to request slightly more specific targeted muscle-group workouts like push, pull, lower body and core circuits or will this be a counterproductive isolation-overkill is this fashion?

  • @Doodleedeedoodleedoo Not sure what the new HIT 2012 style is all about whats it stand for? You have a good question, let me tell you what i do to supplement the jumprope exercises in this workout. instead of the jump rope i do slight incline explosive pushups for a minute, then on the next rotation I do explosive pullups and a situp with a med ball slam on the next cycle and keep alternating those in each time! Definitely gets ur heart going as well in between exercises!

  • @Doodleedeedoodleedoo i will definitely add some more routines in there like your talking about soon, i got some good ones stay tuned! thanks for the feedback on this vid!

  • @juliandoesitwaybette of yea man, the longer the rope the harder you got to work to get the waves to go all the way down, if you look at the end of my rope video i was using a even long rope then when i started with. So the longer ones are hard, but gets your cardio up and gets your body working either harder if you don't use your body to make the waves they wont make it. You will love the ropes in your routine.

  • Hey fury just a question about battling ropes, does the length change the level of strength in it's use? What would be the difference between a shorter vs a longer rope? Cheers, I'm planning to implement these into my routine now!

  • @ptcflores OH yea you are exactly right, lol! It is a great circuit though let me know what you think about it when you try it! thanks for checking out the video!

  • My hip flexors are going to scream after all this squatting but im down to try it, ha. Keep the good stuff coming.
