You want to talk about small yards. I am a homeowner here in Las Vegas and their is no yard. You are so close to your neighbors, if you sneezed in your own house, they would hear it. But you can get a house here for cheap, you just wont get any land with it.

Years ago I moved to Las Vegas because of the recession in California. Now look at Las Vegas, we were the worst hit and will probably be the last to recover. To be honest, I regret ever moving to Las Vegas. It sucks here.

Laguna is nice, but it can be so crowded at times, politically speaking it's a very "left" enviroment

i live in Irvine for a year, what a clean, high class town, well most of south OC is but I would ave much rather lived in alsio/mission or ladera ranch
