This week's three card oracle reading layout consists of the... Animals, Emotions, and Stress Management. Expression... is the BONUS card of the week.

This week ahead the Angels encourage us to know our limitations and to get back in touch with ourselves, our emotions, our pets and back into nature.

There is nothing more important than taking out time to take care of number one "You". Learn your limits and set your boundaries. Say "NO" when needed and take plenty of time outs for yourself when you feel the pressures of everyday life overwhelms you. It's okay to pamper yourself and take care of your emotional as well as physical needs.

The beginning of the week's first oracle card is the Animals... Enjoy special moments with you current pets or new pet. Go outdoors and get some fresh air, exercise and quality time with your little sweet extension of the family. They need your love and time too. Pets are also known to reduce stress, which is very important this week ahead.

The middle of the week is dealing with our Emotions... Take care of your feelings and be aware of the energy around you in the middle of the week. Stay away from negativity and harsh environments. Speak your truth to yourself and others. Get to know yourself and let others know you for your authentic self. Learn to say "No" in a loving way. Give yourself permission to take time out needed to enjoy the things you love and sort out the things you've outgrown, let them go and lighten your load.

Last but not least our fabulous weekend oracle card... Stress Management... As we sort out through our emotions in the middle of the week we should be gentle and kind to ourselves this weekend ahead. Enjoy a day at the spa, read a book, watch a movie, take a stroll or do the things that bring you joy and bring down your stress levels :0)

Our Bonus Card is... Expression... Far too many times we hide our emotions and expressions as not to offend another but the truth is you're not doing anyone any favors, especially to yourself Go ahead this week and express yourselves, through art, music, interior décor, and dance. Don't be afraid to let others know what's in your heart and on your mind. Let others see that you're human too. A person with emotions and feelings like everybody else :)
