  • This is so awesome! I love Brian and I love Capitol Hill. I'm glad he branched out eventually; at this time he thought Capitol Hill was the Hub of the Universe.

  • RIP Brian you will be missed. Thanks for brightening so many of my days.

  • OMG! I didn't know Brian died...RIP, dude! You were a great sight and presence on Capitol Hill!!

  • @redzoneguy do you mean Marcus Frank?

  • You'll be missed Brian, just like we still missing Marcus.

  • awesome. i had not previously seen this. rest in peace, brian.

  • I always see a lot of complaining about gentrification and corporations on any video profiling Seattle. Hate to say it, but things change and that's life. Is Sunset BLVD in LA the Sunset of the 80's? NO. Is Haight/Ashbury the Haight/Ashbury of the 60's? NO. That's the way it goes. Artistic hotbeds have their moment in the sun and they fade to somewhere else - it's not always because of "condos" and "greedy businessmen". LOL, and some of us grow up and get jobs too. CH is still VERY cool.

  • I live on Capitol Hill and it's not where people go to "score". I'm sure that kind of thing happens, I'm not naive, but it's a great area to live in. I feel safe (north of Olive, that is, after dark). Vivace FTW!

  • n I miss Capitol Hill the 80s an 90s. We have Yuppy in Condos. SSSSStarbucks

that on Olive Sucks. Where has Brodway Gone. Punk Rockers and Spare Changing.

The Hip In still kool is Twice Sold.

  • I miss Broadway so badly...
