Have me as your personal online trainer at http://myhitechtrainer.com/tihealthandfitness A lot of you guys have been great with the comments and support and I thanks you. Hoever, you guys are also coming with alot of questions too. The problem is that these questions are too open ended and it may take too long to answer or I may not even be able to answer them in the first place because I just don't have enough info about you.
This video is NOT got to answer an one or two question. It's only going goal is to get you to use a tool. But this is the most important tool your will ever use if you truely want to reach your goals WHATEVER IT MAYBE. Bruce Lee once said "Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do." What I get from that is this. First educate yourself. This takes time but if it is worth it, you wil put in the time. Next apply. Only through trial and error will you find out if this process or phase you are in is working. Record the good and the bad. If the process worked great, keep it in you yearly cycle, if not, op to not use it again.
Well, I know this is not really an answer, but its a start. Its up to you to make it happen. Good luck and I hope you make the most out of it
