@marcol68 The Peruvian defense was very bad but that was not the standard of the time! Their zonal system didn't work at all (which was unusual anyway for the time). Usually, man-marking was applied which left far less space for the forwards. So please do not think this bad defensive performance was accepted standard at the time.

Vayala mierda tanto asi.. elogian a esa seleccion de Peru en ese mundial......... uno se da cuenta que la pasividad peruana en el juego viene desde esos tiempos... los 3 de Muller debido a la dejadez de aquellos nuestros seleccionados de ese entonces... donde mierda quedaron los huevos!!!!!
