I dont think that this gun kicks hard at all personally , thats one reason I like to shoot it so much . It gives ya a nice hit to letcha know your doing something , but it dosnt hurt after a while (like my shot gun or blackpowder) . You will get alot more accurate with it also as you practice more . I was hitting everywhere when I 1st got mine and Im normally a very good shot but Im much better with it now .
