Sim City - Budget (MIDI)

This was a challenge to sequence, and the results here aren't perfect ._.. Sequenced March 2008, composer is Soyo Oka (岡素世) (she's awesome, listen to her soundtracks!)

I'd like to learn to play this on piano some day.

(belated) yeah it's from the snes version. i'm trying to find a video where it's used but having no luck... if i'm not mistaken it's the music that plays on the end of year budget screen.

What exactly made it a pain in the ass? I know that intro phrase would have pissed me off.

channel muting is again not very useful, because if you mute any given channel you pretty much just hear random notes, so you can't perceive their placement. you need to hear everything together to know where to put things down.

@goniochromism It happens on the European version; I have a PAL rom and an NTSC rom. When I have the free-time to do it, i'll record it. by the way, this is very good!
