Don't mean to be harsh but why are you asking for special treatment after missing payments on your CC's? The whole problem with this country is people like you overextending themselves buying toys they don't need...like those model cars behind you. Why don't you sell those to pay your debt? Everyone thinks they should be entitled to help from someone else, some company, or the government. Plain and simple, pay your bills on time and don't borrow more money than you can pay back!!!!

@citiesguy23 Um... I never missed a payment - don't know where you got that. ???? BofA even admitted (twice) that I did not miss any payments! I am also quite capable of paying the money back - no sweat - so I did NOT borrow more than I could afford. This whole thing was BASED ON PRINCIPAL - but the trolls do not get that (either don't know what "principal" means or don't care). I never expected "special" treatment. EVERY American whose rates were sky-jacked for no reason deserved recourse.

Yep, I'm getting rich alright -- A whopping $88 so far! Considering the hundreds of hours I've dedicated to this cause, that amounts to about .0025 cents an hour. Wow! I can retire in luxury just like Ken Lewis!!! Whoo-hooo!!!

I have not read all the comments- so not sure if this has been mentioned, but it is worth a reminder. CC companies get paid 2-3% for everything you use it for. Obviously, they are not happy about that small amount, so they charge US huge amounts for the option to use it. I recommend you push for prime rate- around 5%. This makes them money and is still fair for unpaid balances. Don't settle for 12%+. Keep up the fight. BofA sucks in a bad way.
