Natural Bridge, St Louis

I'm driving down one St.Louis's major Avenues in North St.Louis otherwise known as "The City." Many vacant building dot the landscape of a once great city. If you are from St.Louis you should recognize Natural Bridge as I drive onward and out of the city.

Watching this made me feel hella nostalgic.

I grew up on Cupples Pl. off of Euclid which is off of Natural Bridge. So you know I'm just a regular brotha from the hood. I've managed to travel to many countries overseas without joining the military. I've spent time in Hong Kong, Thailand, Kuwait, Dubai, Iraq, Hungary, Mexico, Jamaica, Malaysia, and I now live in Japan. Life is beautiful. I've come so far from rolling threw the north side of STL.

man the city is n a mess....I use to love to visit there but now its not worth bringing my kids too. My dad was killed there and my husband was shot so STL can go straight to h.....for all I care. I was born in the south and the south is good enuff for me.
