@nparisot A lot of drummers wear headphones to listen to a metronome/click track to ensure that they stay in time. All the others in the band use the drummer to stay in time.

3.18 in you can hear the voice track when she's not singing. She may not be lip syncing but she's using a vocal track to keep her in time and in tune.
