Oh for god's sake, have a sense of humor. She had a job! I have yet to see WWE employ an 'overweight' female since these days. Bertha Faye was actually a very good wrestler and went toe to toe with Alundra Blayze for MONTHS. She wasn't really ever NOT contending for the Women's Title in her career. I was just really sad that they never had Bertha Faye vs Bull Nakano before Faye's release and Nakano's return to Japan.

Bertha was a great wrestler that has wrestled in japan for a long time as "monster ripper" before she entered the WWF/WCW as Bertha Faye.

She was thinner in Japan too but put up more weight so she can do her gimmick (Monster Ripper) justice over time. She was a big woman, a great wrestler and great person aswell.

I hate it that WWE won't let in women in any shape and form anymore (Kharma is a huge exception because of her popularity, otherwise she wouldn't have a chance either). RIP Bertha Faye!

She was past her prime but she was the greatest monster heel ever trained by maybe the greatest woman wrestler ever, Mildred Burke. Not to take anything away from the goddess herself, Bull Nakano, but Bull was younger and not always a heel. We need a bio of Rhonda and RIP.
