i think the message is "once you're in a battle with temptation, the only way to win is to leave the arena where you fight(or that box of goodies over there :D) because if you try to fight it and not avoid it, chances are, you'll end up loosing" :D

oh wow soo true, when i fast for more than 3 days its the things I don't even eat I crave. But if I stay out of the site of food I can do it. after a while i don't even feel hungry. You have to leave the dwelling places of sin and temptation. Then you will be fine. Yes it is everywhere but dont go where sin is stay safe

@pilyako11 It is simple. But the decision to do so is not... Which begs the questions: If I let go, will it help and improve my life or will it haunt me because it was a mistake to do so? If I don't, is this really what I want for myself or do I need to get rid of this weight?... In my experience, God has a way of making things appear simple if you step back and let Him take the steering wheel of your life. So kapatid, isuko mo na ang problema mo kung d mo na kaya. He's ever ready to help you.
