Mako is deceptively dangerous, as he has the ability to pull off Assassin Strikes if he hides and lands a hit. He also has Follow Up to increase his accuracy, if it manages to hit. Most annoyingly, he has Placate, which prevents you from even targeting him if he can land it.
All that said, the fight was easier than I was expecting. My new +HP accolade has really been paying off, as has all the +Accuracy from my set bonuses. His mini Elude power was no match for a well slotted Build Up.
No insps, no temps, no buffs. The fight originally took 11:48. The middle has been increased to x7 speed.

It's the same opponent, spawned at level 50 instead of 53. He appears along with the other Arachnos patrons (Ghost Widow, Black Scorpion, etc.) in the Mender Silos task force.
