  • And stop laughing at me when I walk into lampposts while you're at it :)

  • Mark Smith was such a wonderful man and I loved him very much. He was my uncle and was so kind, he never shouted or got angry even when we were play-fighting. I have so many fond memories of when he would come to visit at Christmas or birthdays and we would laugh at each other (in a nice way). He would stroll in and immediatly sweep me up in an enormous hug, then throw me back against the sofa and sit on me(!) :). He was always so much fun and is missed sorely. RIP my dearest uncle.

  • R.I.P. Mark Smith.

Rather ironic that he was a bassist for Kokomo/O'Malley .. right after Alan Spenner..and BOTH bassists have died.

Just like Joe Schermie & Jack Ryland in Three Dog Night.

    So sad to see.

  • Very sad. One of the greats has sadly passed. Right up there with Pino Palladino, Mick Karn, Guy Pratt, Chuco Merchan and a select few others !

  • RIP

  • R.I.P.

  • What a bass player..... the bizo.

  • Cool insight... all these backroom musos that play on all the top hits that are produced.
