A FATHERS 4 Justice demonstration at the home of a High Court Judge
in Seend, near Melksham, has been posted onto YouTube.

The quiet Wiltshire village was invaded by wild monkeys on Saturday
as part of the campaign group's protest.

A group of 10 police officers, including a police dog team,
surrounded the home of Sir Mathew Thorpe, in Seend, on Saturday
afternoon to protect it from 15 protestors; many of them dressed in
monkey and gorilla suits.

They were carrying placards saying Hear no evil, see no evil, speak
no evil.

The protest is part of the group's Judgebuster campaign to make
family courts more open and accountable.

Mark Harris, from Plymouth, who has fought a ten-year battle to gain
access to his three daughters, brought a wheelbarrow full of legal
papers to present to Sir Mathew.

Mr Harris was told that the judge was not in on Saturday, but vowed
to "catch him another time".

Background music is hey hey we're the monkees by the monkees...

Theme from The Monkees

By Tommy Boyce and Bobby Hart

Here we come, walkin'
Down the street.
We get the funniest looks from
Ev'ry one we meet.
Hey, hey, we're the Monkees
And people say we monkey around.
But we're too busy singing
To put anybody down.

We go wherever we want to,
do what we like to do
We don't have time to get restless,
There's always something new.
Hey, hey, we're the Monkees
And people say we monkey around.
But we're too busy singing
To put anybody down.

We're just tryin' to be friendly,
Come and watch us sing and play,
We're the young gneration,
And we've got something to say.

Any time, Or anywhere,
Just look over your shoulder
Guess who'll be standing there

Hey, hey, we're the Monkees
And people say we monkey around.
But we're too busy singing
To put anybody down.

(break)

Hey, hey, we're the Monkees
And people say we monkey around.
But we're too busy singing
To put anybody down.

We're just tryin' to be friendly,
Come and watch us sing and play,
We're the young gneration,
And we've got something to say.

Hey, hey, we're the Monkees
Hey, hey, we're the Monkees
[repeat and fade]

extra verse:

Hey, hey, we're the Monkees,
You never know where we'll be found.
so you'd better get ready,
We may be comin' to your town.

  • Oh look, another infiltrator/angry mum/man hater below bad mouthing dads now for taking their kids along to this! Pity the same level of care is n't demanded of mothers and who they bring home to their kids.

  • Yeah I agree, what could be wrong with kids enjoying this peaceful fun demo? I far as I know any children who attended had there mothers with them too.

Sometimes people forget that children can loose there brothers and sisters when there parents split up

  • what do you know they only print comments they like cannot take the truth

  • I only approve messages first to check they are not spam, plain insulting or bad language.

I do respect other people's opinions and encourage people to put there views across whether I agree or not.

  • Cobiandad just out of interest, do youget to see your kids? And how do you think fathers can get the Governemtn to change the law. I dont understand why they havent changed it, many senior judges have admitted that loving fathers are losing contact with children, through vindictive ex-wives, who are not punished by courts. This has to stop!

  • Well done !!!!!!!! Wish I had come with you and dropped my paperwork off .Where does Judge Pearce live Luton District and Mac gregor First principle house Holbourn .

  • I live in Seend and saw you guys just before setting off :) Good cause and proud of you x

  • and maybe it was her and she lies to the kids so they dont want to see him. Or maybe she tells them they don't want to see him. you really don't know

  • Wtg my friend!! You rock Tim!!!

  • If you are referring to Time Lines or Nigel? I don't know there cases but from experience a mother can stop contact just because they meet a new guy who wants the old guy totally out of the picture, the mother to justify this to the child makes up lies about the father, if the child is young they believe the lie and hence don't want to see the dad, this is called parental alienation.

I hope a stunt would show the child that daddy really does care.

  • This is a protest for and jointly by Mark Harris both his children in there early teen choose to live with Mark.

  • I read in the paper that his kids didn't want to see him. If the bloke wasn't such a knob his missus wouldn't have left him in the first place.

  • WELL DONE TO TIM LINE WHO IS ON TOP OF THORPE'S HOUSE.....365 DAYS AFTER HE WAS PREVENTED BY HIS WIFE FROM SEEING HIS 3 LOVELY GIRLS. THORPE, EX-WIFE....you should all be ashamed of driving the children away from this proud loving Dad.

Best of luck to you Tim.
