Fun and effective, Doctor-Designed Fitness taught by girls for girls, featuring 11 year old, National Level competitive dancer Jessy Lipke. Recommended for girls 8 years of age and older, at all levels of fitness.   • I have a question for Dr.Lipke...I'm 18, but my body is that of a 15/16 because my body is developing slowly, will this still work for me?

  • @dancexsingxact Yes. This workout is safe and effective for anyone older than 7 years of age. We have girls in their 20s and 30s writing in with their success stories.  So you are good to do this 3-6 times a week. Begin by doing it every other day for 3 months then you can alternate workouts styles daily for 6 days (CORE Monday?Wednesday/Friday and LEGS Tues/Thurs/Sat) and have a rest day on the seventh day.
