Interesting look into the way aircraft carriers are built. This vessel will be the final Nimitz class carrier built and is set to be commisioned in late 2009. Shipbuilder is Northrop Grumman

WoW! Props and Respect! What a great idea, my admiration & respect for Bush just grows and grows! I never suspected he was such an inspiring visionary! How tremendous for Bush Sr. to devise such a wonderful idea, both cost-effective and aesthetic. Imagine, a whole fleet of brand-new, state-of-the-art floating skyscraper Retirement Communities, another one built each year, for the approx. 55,000 new disabled and injured veterans who can retire in style, traveling the world, w/ their own airport!

The reason this Great Nation is going broke is that aall the jobs are going to China and Mexico. We need a strong Defence now more then ever. So many smart people on here but so few wise people.

Defence is 21% of the annual budget (FY2009). Thats equal to Social Security and less than Madicare and Medicaid.
If anything will bancrupt this country it will be idiotic trillion dollar do nothing stimulus spending.
