why is it waluigi is not in most games,waluigi and wario are brothers so technically wario shouldn't be in!

U Will Lose The Race And Jump Into The Portal That Waluigi Creates...... Then U Will End Up At The Castle Grounds, And The Whole Castle Grounds Is Flooded, Exept For The Exact Tip Of The Castle.....

The black box on the tower is there as part of the artistic design.
Unfortunately Waluigi is not playable in the DS version.
