Most of the G20, and all the (actually more critical) emerging economies want to know how the U.S's economy is flowing, AND where they are going, IN ORDER TO plan thier own futures. They don't need or want sensationalism. They want direction, and a bit of reassurance, with a dose of facts.

Obama might go down as the best American communicating politician in a century. MSM is irrelevant, almost.

I think the media is starting to realize that they are no longer relevant. The internet is now where its at. Newspapers and magazines all over the country are going down, CNN's ratings are awful, and for the first time more people in polls say they get their news online. The only bad thing about this is I'm a journalism student.
