I have a mushroom field guide for most of Northern America and am trying to identify the psylocybin mushroom. I am trying to use it for my severe anxiety problem that I have had for some time now. I have heard it could be useful and that it could open my mind to concentrate on whats really important in life rather than always being a constant worrier and never getting anything done. Some of us are actually going through hell and not trying to scam people suffering more than you could imagine. If you want to help us, why not make this cause public instead of hiding it. @teddyhamms19 I have had up to four months without a headache and the best thing about the mushrooms is that they extend my remission so if I am in remission and take mushrooms they prevent another cycle from starting. I time my use to about once every 3 months or so if I can and I never get headaches. LSD works better for me. A side effect of psychedelic treatment is that it is fun, 11 years undiagnosed I figure I deserve it.

For those of us that don't have access to stuff like this and have a hard time getting our physicians to take this debilitating affliction seriously (like giving us prescriptions for oxygen), I have a method that I would like to add to the multiple methods of relief you can try. Yesterday I tried everything to stop my headache that went on for 4 hours (one of the longest I've had). I kept downing as many cups of water I could and my headache was gone finally. Give it a try and see if it helps.
