@danish2710 I knew a muslim whom i lent Rs 10000/- in his time of need,He did not return but was grateful to me for ever,he asked me what i want i said to be true to himself.On contrary i know a muslim who like you converted someone, allah punished him in a accident & he is crippled.So allah himself will punish you for your sin.Be careful since such a thing can happen to you or your family also.

@rempat100 So when did I try to differ from that fact? Every religion, including your's, has a God. Now when I say Allah, I am not referring to the God of Islam. Allah is merely the arabic translation for God. So when I said all the animals sing Allah's praises, I meant all of them praise God. Not just the Islamic God (Allah). You need to understand the word Allah is just a translation of the word God.

@LivinCurse Especially respect women and people of other faiths - which I am sure many muslims including yourself do, until it comes to your own faith. If not following these basic human traits is also a part of being a muslim then you should seriously consider re-labeling yourself. We have moved on and left some religious practices... what about you?

@LivinCurse I detest Hindu extremists equally. I hate the RSS, VHP and all the other saffron brigade. But you see moderate Hindus typically don't side with them or defend their views. However, I am shocked when 'moderate' muslims have to be apologetic for islamic terror and certain muslim leaders. Please be a muslim. Be the best muslim you can be. But don't let your religion be an impediment to your life or other's lives.

@LivinCurse My previous reply is a valid one. The Vedantic religon has moved on. It has evolved. I mean socially. Spiritually we are stronger. I want all muslims to be spiritually stronger also. By this, I don't mean believing in a book literally. The message of humanity is profound in all religions, even if belief in a personal God isn't. I am not saying it's wrong to believe in Allah for personal benefit. Just please don't use that as a pretense for political agenda.

@LivinCurse I appreciate your comment. There are other verses in the quran that are offensive such as pedophilia (65:4), sex with war prisoners (33:50) and fighting non-muslims just because they don't believe in allah (9:29). I am sure there are more. No, I would not be able to justify if the Gita (I am a Vedantin) said something derogatory. Although I cannot think of any such statements, I am sure there are many such statements in Manu Smriti etc. which Hindus don't follow anymore.

@vedavaakyam Ok, for a moment, let us accept that the beating that is suggested in our Quran is not a light beating,but it is a heavy beating.What other verse of the Quran do you have a problem with?If we decide to analyze your Geeta/Bible (whatever religious sect you follow), we can find mistakes in those books for which there is no explanation or even a side excuse.At least we Muslims can say the beating has to be light. But will you be able to justify mistake in your book in a similar manner?
