hi could i use this to just simply expand my network i have an office that has 3 pcs rather than getting a adapter for all my pcs could i just plug that into a 4 port ethernet switch and still have a half decent connection or wud i just be better off getting a router with client mode

@rlhedges1969 Sorry to hear that you're running into issues with this, however it is Universal so it will work with your device we just have to figure out what the hang up is. Have you updated the firmware? You can do this buy connecting it to the Computer that is connected to your Internet.

I have been unable to get this to work with my Sony BDP-S470. I can connect to the internet, but am unable to use any of my services. I had a Trendnet client that worked until it got knocked off the table and can still connect direct but can't connect withthis device. I called tech support and spoke with a man who then directed me to a paid service to try to fix this. Extremely disappointing...

I love the fact that also you can just use the Blu-ray Player plugged into a Modem or Homeplug Adaptor without a PC also.
