TickerGuy has released a new build of CyanogenMod 7 (CM7) for the Motorola Triumph, BETA version B 7. This version includes haptic feedback for the soft buttons and light sensor tweaks.

As always, thanks to TickerGuy, Isaac and everyone else contributing to the Motorola Triumph's development, whether it be towards CM7, MIUI or anything else!

  • i wanted to ask u if u could do a instructional video on how to install the GAPPS because i have no clue how plzz help?!? would mean alot anyway thanks for this video =)

  • @xxdirtyboiiskaterxx I will try to do one in the next few days, but you flash it in the same way as you flashed to ROM (but you DON'T need to do another wipe). Check back soon for a video in case you still need it. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe!

  • @rocknrollking75 I like CyanogenMod 7 (CM7)...MIUI is more similar to iOS (iPhone and iPad operating system).

  • @theredrobotredding It is just the image that appears on your screen as the phone is booting up. I have mine replaced with a custom image (the flaming light bulb). Check my other videos if you'd like to install your own custom boot logo.

  • @rocknrollking75 You must flash the GAPPS (Google Apps) package in the same way you flashed this ROM. The link for the GAPPS is in the video description. Thanks for watching!

  • @minus5252 That kinda helps, I guess. I don't know what the "android boot animation" is. Maybe post a vid on how to do this? haha. Or if you know how, lemme know?

  • @theredrobotredding Ahhh...I see. This may help: forum (dot) cyanogenmod (dot) com /topic/24192-dont-show-boot-animation/

On a side note, I hate the CM7 boot animation, but loved the CM6 animation.

  • @minus5252 Hmmm. It looks like when you changed your boot logo to the Android Torch logo, the CM7 animation still appeared afterward. And the CM7 animation is the one I want to disable.

  • @theredrobotredding It appears that there IS an established way to make a custom boot animation, but I haven't found it yet. Changing the boot logo will eliminate the animation though.

Also, yeah, I have seen others have the MMS problem, I just don't see why I don't have it too...
