i love seeing that p51 fly! well any p51! for that matter! i think i was born 60 years too late! in WWII i would have done anything to fly a p51, but being a tanker as i am, in the army today is almost just as good! lol

I don't think it's the same plane. It's owned by Duane Doyle of Pleasanton and based at Livermore, CA. Duane also owns the blue T-28 in the video.

Does that P-51 Mustang belong to a member of the Tuskegee Airman.

No. To the best of my knowledge, no Tuskegee Airman owns a P-51. All of the original Tuskegee Airmen are now in their mid 80's.
The P-51 and the dark blue T-28 are owned by Duane Doyle. Duane is piloting the T-28 and his friend Wayne Watts is flying the Mustang.
