It's Going To Be Okay - Season 2 Episode 23 Part 1 [2/5]

*The next morning there was still no sign of Demi, therefore they all took the day off work to help the police look for her. It has now been about a week since Demi had disappeared with no sign of her. At this time, the police were losing hope, telling them that if she wanted to be found then they would have found her by now. That given her past, leaving on her own sounded like the most logical explanation. They had to accept it as it was given to them. Another week passed still with no sign of Demi. No messages, no phone calls, nothing. School had begun, but between classes and work, everyone found the odd chance to have dinner together. Another few days passed, and Kevin, Danielle, David, Miley, Nick, Selena, Devin and Joe were all having dinner trying to get passed any bad feelings or thoughts they had, and were trying to believe that she would come back sooner or later*
Selena: Ugh! I hate this.
Miley: Sel, we all do.
Selena: (Tears build up) Shes pregnant, and on her own. What if something happens to her? What if shes not okay?
Danielle: Sweetie, stop saying that. I think the best thing to do right now is to keep a positive attitude.
David: Demi is a strong girl, she can survive anything.
Kevin: Davids right. Im sure where ever she is, shes doing okay. There isnt much we can do with what we know.
Nick: Which is nothing.
Joe: You guys are talking as if shes coming back.
Selena: (Looks at Joe, now crying) She is! Dont you dare think otherwise.
Joe: (Shrugs) How are we supposed to know otherwise? She didnt come back last time, we found her. Maybe it was all getting too much for her.
Miley: Thats not true Joe, she was happy.
Joe: Shes probably happier without me. After everything thats happened. If she left this time its still because of me. So Im really sorry for what Ive done to you guys. But theres nothing to worry about, because soon enough I wont be around to hurt you anymore. And once again, Im sorry (Gets up and goes to his room)
David: (Gets up to go after him)
Selena: David, dont.
David: What do you mean dont?
Miley: (Sighs) I think he needs time to cool down.
Nick: (Nods) David, going after him right now isnt a good idea.
Kevin: Hes got so many things going bad right now, and I think he could use the space.
Danielle: Okay, but guys Based on last time, he drank did he not? Arent you afraid of what will happen this time around. I mean hes not only losing Demi, hes losing Demi and his children.
Selena: Exactly. He knows whats at stake. When Demi comes back and sees him doing something like that, she wont forgive him. Hell loose her for good, and hell lose all of us. I really dont think hell risk it this time around.
David: We have to keep looking for her tomorrow. Sel and Nick, youre off right?
Nick: Yeah.
Selena: We are.
Miley: Okay, well Dave and I are working at the diner, so youll have to come over tomorrow afternoon. Im sure we can figure something out.
Kevin: Well good luck.
Selena: Thanks, well need it.

Part two is a tad disturbing, nothing new, but just warning you.
