you know wats weird. awhile after this movie came out and i saw it i moved into a new house with my mom. i went in first to pick my room and the first bedroom i went into had a little door at the bottom of the wall too. i opened it and it was all bricked up. i picked the room next to it ;)

Compared to the other Mother, coraline's true mother is tame.

You guys, Coraline's mother broke her neck (which is hinted to be Coraline's fault), is stressing with work and a new house, and has a child that is provoking ("PLEEEEEEEEEASE"."My other mother would let me get them".-cue door squeaking-)

And i love this song...its so creepy

I was on vacation in Cape Cod with my family last summer. I'm a teenage girl, but I had recently found an old sock monkey from when I was little, and was toting it around with me while I explored our vacation house. It was cold, and damp, and kinda falling apart, but still nice. And when I went upstairs, I found a small, locked door in the family room. Still holding the doll, I said, "Hey Dad, where does this door go?" I gasped. I didn't go upstairs for the rest of the vacation.
