PLEASE READ
Ok before any of you wannabe dressage judges critiscise me I'll say this: I know I didn't use the corners very well, I know some of my circles were a bit small, I know my contact was a bit hit and miss and I know my last centre line was abissmal. But, incase you have forgotton, there is a judge sitting at C writing all this down so I do not need you repeating it, thank you. Any nice tips are welcome though!

Now the nastiness is over lol, I had a faaaantastic time! 64.16% and 8th place! That is amazing for my first time competing on Tor (who I have only been riding for 2 months and only had 3 lessons on) and my first time at Addington where they mark very harshly! I'm so please with him and can't wait to do some more dressage!

  • for some reason you changed from the right diagonal to the wrong at 0:15 ! other than that, that test was basically spot on, you ride nice and quitely and you got Tor in a gorgeous frame! hes a bit like milly :)

    well done :D

  • haha yeah I did! I corrected it though once I got to H :P

Thanks a lot though, he's a lot more to keep together then what I'm used to! =]

  • Dressage isnt easy...i think youre doing great...keep it up...you could DEFINITELY go places girl. Lovely horse...he really seems to be in tune with you :) Happy Riding!

  • Thanks, no its not easy! His owner his already competing him in Novice and is hoping to do elementary next year so hopefully I will do good on him!

  • I like this horse's frame, given there's times where he loses it a little, but when hes really relaxed and focused its beautiful. Nice job

  • Thanks. Thats not him losing it, I'm not very good at keeping my contacts. It's something I need to work on.

  • Your horse is hollowed in the back most of the time. Try getting him to use his quarters more and round up his frame. otherwise really god riding! :D
