Thanks for reminding folks to get to the doctor if there seems to be a problem. My hair was shedding and growing super slowly... turned out my iron stores were super-low. Got onto prescription strength iron, and four months later my hair starting sprouting in thick and strong!! Will be more diligent with avoiding the 'cones! Great vid... THANK YOU.
