Ignorance can be a bliss at times and forgivable, but dont be arrogant. Gang-raping women is not allowed in Islam. I share the same sentiment as you regarding those abhorable acts. Those so called Muslim countries in the world, honestly speaking, none of them follow Islam properly. And please, try to desist these doses of media propaganda that they fed you.

It is better to be silent when you lack knowledge of a subject, such as Islam,. Before you make accusations, may I suggest that you read some Islamic literature i order to be able to engage in a meaningful dialogue. Your accusations are false; for one, Islam in fact liberated women from subjugation.

True Islam has freed women, giving them rights such as the right to own property, the right to earn her own money and be in control of their own lives. Islam prohibited things like the burial of baby girls which was nearly mandatory in Pre-Islamic Middle East. You cannot take the actions of extremists like the Taliban, who are out there poising water in female only schools and claim that to be Islam, because it isn't. And to be fair, it's ignorance that has become a cancer to the world.

You cannot equate the Taliban and the actions of extremist Muslims to that of Islam. Just as you cannot equate the practices of the Westboro Baptist church to that of Christianity. Every belief has its own form of radicalism, but you cannot judge the group by the actions of a few ignorant power hungry few.
