Yep, just too close, the overdrive was too much for the microphone on my camera to cope with. Still, turn the sound down a bit and you can relive it! ;-)

Wow you must have stood for ages to get that close!
Thanks for posting, very cool.

Hi! Yep, we arrived at Hylands Park gate 6 at 8.30 am, were on the barrier shortly after the gates opened and didn't budge til nearly 11pm! Was well worth every minute.
I'd seen Muse live 7 times previously but never on the barrier, it was so worth it!
If you look at my profile you'll see a link to my photos, took some really good pics of Muse if I do say so myself! ;-)

That was amazing, brought it all back - real shame about the audio quality though. Thanks anyway!

Yes, a great shame about the audio :(
If you watch my Muse @ the Royal Albert Hall clips (we weren't near the front at that gig) you'll hear how well the camera recorded that audio but from the barrier at V it was just too much for it!
I did look to see if there were any settings on the camera to prevent this microphone overdrive but there aren't. I even tried putting my finger over the microphone!
Still nice to have my V clips to watch though, as you rightly said it brings it all back ;-)
