Cut Video - My Weekly Crime - Rush tribute band documentary

In April 2007 a video crew visited my basement to video tape our band, My Weekly Crime, for inclusion in the "For The Love Of Rush" tribute bands TV documentary. Unfortunately due to time constraints the video of My Weekly Crime could not be included in the final version. We took a bit of ribbing from the narrator, and even from Alex Lifeson himself, but we had a great time, and thanks go out to Good Company Pictures for making this a very memorable day. Thanks also go out to Dave Cornwall from Freewill (http://www.freewill.net/) for his kind words of support and inspiration in the video, and Mike Deyo of 2112 (http://www.2112.ca) for his kind words via email as well. Here now, is the cut video footage.

Thanks for all the positive comments! To clear something up, Scott (drummer) played in a working band for a few years, and Terry and I are currently playing in separate working bands now, so there's no chickens here :) Every once in a while we talk about the possibility of getting together to play a live Rush show, but everyone's pretty busy atm. In the meantime, I've been lucky enough to be able to play Tom Sawyer with my band Blackwing. Search for "Blackwing Tom Sawyer".

Well, How cool! Our Rush tribute project is kicking off and we understand where you are! We have played for 3 years and no gig! It is hard to make that leap I tell ya! Cool you got someone to come out and video tape you guys!
