Gillian Dobias and Aleks Solum visited our Carpigiani Gelato University some weeks ago to see the tricks of the trade and then realized this stunning video.

"For those looking for a carrer change Bologna's Gelato University offers a sweet alternative to further education".

Monocle, a global affairs magazine and website founded by Tyler Brûlé, a Canadian journalist and entrepreneur. Described by CBC News reporter Harry Forestell as a "meeting between Foreign Policy and Vanity Fair", the magazine provides a globalist perspective on international affairs, culture and design. Hamilton Nolan, editor for Gawker, described Monocle magazine as "a lifestyle magazine for young, stylish, business-oriented jetsetters". It had also previously been described on Gawker as a "travel-culture magazine" and a repository of "lifestyle sensuality and gaywad uptightness".
The magazine launched on 15 February 2007, priced at 12 euros, 5 GPB, 10 USD and features articles on subjects including the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force, Chinese investment in Africa, and the best Portuguese-language Sunday newspapers. The subscription price is approximately $120 annually. In New Zealand, single issues sell for $18 each, in Japan for ¥2,310, in Switzerland for 20CHF and in Spain for 11€.
