I had some requests for back bends, and "OMG! How do you keep your abs so toned?"
If you throw in some stretches, and crunches, etc. into your routine everyday, even if it's 5 minutes a day of push-ups or whatever, you will feel an improvement, and after a week of waking up and gettin down to some crunches, your mood will get better. Guaranteed.

And no. This is NOT an infomercial.
