  • Thanks for the concern. Actually the kettlebells have tipped over and I have flipped over many times -never broken a thing -not even a bruise. Solid practical functional training means conditioning the body to handle anything and everything -including when things go wrong. At least thats how I train -and how I train every client. All the training in the world isn't worth a thing if your body isn't resilient.
